Federal Indirect Cost Rate Agreement. The Contractor shall submit an electronic copy of their Federal Indirect Cost Rate Agreement in the SPARC online portal within thirty (30) calendar days of signing the Contract. The Contractor shall submit any new agreements throughout the life of the Contract. The agreement should be made in accordance with the applicable Federal cost and administrative policies under 2 CFR 200 and 45 CFR 75.
