Examples of New Agreements in a sentence

More Definitions of New Agreements

New Agreements has the meaning given in Section 10.2; “Notice Period” means:

New Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.8 of Exhibit 21.

New Agreements means, collectively, the following agreements of even date herewith between SII and FEP, each of which is being executed and delivered concurrent with this Agreement in the form and substance set forth, respectively, in Exhibits A, B, and C which are attached hereto and made a part hereof: (i) that certain Short-Term Supply and Services Agreement (the “STSSA”) as set forth in Exhibit A; (ii) that certain Supply and Distribution Agreement (the “Australia Agreement”) as set forth in Exhibit B; and (iii) that certain License Agreement (the “New License”) as set forth in Exhibit C.

New Agreements means an agreement on substantially the same terms and conditions as this Agreement and the Framework Supply Agreement at the Termination Date, but with the following amendments:- (a) if this Agreement is terminated prior to Practical Completion of the ESCo Works, then the ESCo Programme of Works and relevant Milestones shall be extended by such a period as to take account of ESCo default and its effect on the originally anticipated date of Practical Completion of the relevant works (b) any Developer Warning Notices which have accrued or been served pursuant to Clause 25.2 (Default, Cure and Termination) shall be cancelled; and (c) the terms of such New Agreements shall be equal to the term from the Termination Date until the Expiry Date

New Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(d).

New Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 of this Agreement.

New Agreements means this Agreement and the following other agreements being entered into by the Parties of even date herewith: (i) First Amendment to Stockholder Rights Agreement; (ii) Manufacturing Agreement; and (iii) Credit Agreement, and (iv) the Stockholder Rights Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment thereto.
