Failure to Adhere to Time Limits. The failure of an Employee or the Association to act on any grievance within the prescribed time limits will act as a bar to any further appeal, and an administrator's failure to give a decision within the prescribed time limits shall permit the grievant to proceed to the next step.

  • Failure to Act Within Time Limits If the Griever or the Union fails to process a grievance to the next step in the grievance procedure within the time limits specified, they shall not be deemed to have prejudiced their position on any future grievance.
