Face-to-face Consultation. 6.5.1 The Supplier shall provide the Recipient with a face-to-face consultation with appropriate professionals (Occupational Psychologist, etc.) to act as a follow-up to the resilience questionnaire. The face-to-face will be mandatory for postings to fragile states.

Face-to-face Consultation. CIVIC EPISTEMOLOGIES is organising and participating in several consultation meetings to enrich and validate the Roadmap with input coming from a variety of stakeholders. The consultations are conducted in parallel with other research, study and analysis, whose outcomes influences specific elements of the Roadmap. Overall, this consultation component is intended to identify:  The level of consensus and support for the Roadmap itself;  Issues and priorities that should be taken into consideration in the final version of the Roadmap. In addition, METALS will cause each of the Other Founding Companies to enter into a provision similar to this Section 7.1 requiring each such Other Founding Company, its stockholders, directors, officers, representatives, employees and agents to keep confidential any information obtained by such Other Founding Company.
