Extra Trip Down Time Rate of Pay. Effective July 1, 2015 drivers shall be paid at the rate of $8.94 per hour for the remaining hours of an extra trip. Effective July 1, 2016 drivers shall be paid at the rate of $9.12 per hour for the remaining hours of an extra trip. Effective July 1, 2017 drivers shall be paid at the rate of $9.30 per hour for the remaining hours of an extra trip. If and when any of the above hourly rates are below the legally required minimum wage under federal or state law, the Board shall adjust the particular hourly rate(s) to such minimum when the increased minimum particular hourly rate(s) to such minimum when the increased minimum is required to be effective.   • Regular Rate of Pay The regular rate of pay for each position in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the rates established for each class provided for in Appendix B. The regular rate of pay shall include any longevity increment required to be paid under this Agreement.
