Extension or Renewal of Leaves. Any request or application for extension or renewal of a leave must be submitted as provided in 2.0 above so that the District has adequate time to review the request and make appropriate arrangements.

  • Renewal, Extension or Rearrangement All provisions of this Loan Agreement relating to Obligations shall apply with equal force and effect to each and all promissory notes executed hereafter which in whole or in part represent a renewal, extension for any period, increase, or rearrangement of any part of the Obligations originally represented by any part of such other Obligations.

  • Extension of Leave 5 If an extension of the leave is required, a request for the extension must be 6 submitted in writing at least five (5) days in advance of the leave expiration 7 or as soon as practical. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who are unwilling to adhere to the basic elements of good housekeeping, and community living. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who disregard or violate rules, regulations, or policies established for governing UCF DHRL residential facilities. Finally, housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who have outstanding charges from UCF DHRL.

  • Renewal, Extension The renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Renewal of Contract If a Board representative does not inform the Superintendent in writing on or before the seventh day after the regular December board meeting of the Board’s intention to consider the nonrenewal or amendment of this contract, the contract will automatically renew for a period of one year from and after the expiration date provided in Section 1 of this contract. The Superintendent shall remind the Board in writing of this provision no later than its regular November meeting of each year of this contract and shall make the renewal of his employment contract an agenda item for the regular December board meeting during each year of this contract.   • Length of Leave Birth Mother A pregnant employee shall be entitled to up to seventeen (17) consecutive weeks of maternity leave and up to thirty-five (35) consecutive weeks of parental leave, all without pay. The parental leave must immediately follow the maternity leave. In the event the birth mother dies or is totally disabled, an employee who is the father of the child shall be entitled to both maternity and parental leave without pay.
