Renewal of Agreement. This agreement does not automatically renew, and residence in UCF DHRL residence facilities during one agreement period does not guarantee that residence accommodations will be offered to the Student for any following periods. The Student is solely responsible for the timely completion of housing agreements for future periods. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who are unwilling to adhere to the basic elements of good housekeeping, and community living. UCF DHRL housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who disregard or violate rules, regulations, or policies established for governing UCF DHRL residential facilities. Finally, housing agreements shall not be re-offered to residents who have outstanding charges from UCF DHRL.
Renewal of Agreement. The parties shall notify the other party in writing of its intention whether to renew this agreement at least 30 days prior to the expiration hereof. This agreement may be renewed upon the parties’ mutual consent. If either party fails to notify the other party prior to expiration, such party shall be deemed to have agreed on the termination hereof, and the other party shall be entitled to take any action without assuming any liability for breach of contract.
Renewal of Agreement. Discussions will take place no later than 8 weeks prior to the expiry of this Agreement to renegotiate a future agreement.
Renewal of Agreement. The parties may renew the Agreement and this Addendum in writing. Any provision in the Agreement that provides for an automatic renewal of the Agreement is deleted.
Renewal of Agreement. Upon expiration of the term of this Agreement, this agreement may be renewed for additional one (1) year periods by the parties by mutual written agreement.
Renewal of Agreement. The Agreement may be extended for a further period on mutually agreed terms and conditions at least 180 days prior to the expiry date.
Renewal of Agreement. This Agreement may be renewed by the parties with such revisions as may be mutually agreed. SCLS will initiate renewal or proposed revisions for a successor Agreement not later than March 1 of each contract year or a date mutually agreeable.
Renewal of Agreement. At any time within ninety (90) days before expiration of this Memorandum of Understanding, the parties agree to meet in an effort to achieve a successor Memorandum of Understanding.
Renewal of Agreement. This Agreement shall thereafter be renewed for successive periods of one year unless terminated by either party by notice, in writing, addressed to the other party, no less than 3 months prior to the expiration of the term, and no more than six (6) months prior to the expiration of the initial term.
Renewal of Agreement. 1. Barring any changes, proposed changes, or pending negotiations related to the provisions of Section 3.6 of this Article, the contract will be automatically renewed for a period of one (1) year to take effect immediately following the expiration of the current three (3) year period and will be renewed for one (1) year each year thereafter.
