Extension of Non-Tenure Track Appointments. Faculty employed under either an intermittent or a leave replacement appointment who continue uninterrupted full-time service beyond the periods specified above will be given a probationary appointment, and the District will count for tenure track purposes only this most recent period of continuous full-time employment. If an individual is hired to a tenure-track position or inadvertently reappointed to a non-tenure track position before the times indicated in section 4.3.d above have elapsed, and the full-time service has not been continuous, he or she will be given a probationary appointment but the previous service will not be counted for tenure track purposes.

  • Term Appointments 16.3.4.1 A Term appointment carries no implication of renewal or continuation beyond the contractually limited term. A person holding a Term appointment may apply for a Probationary or Continuing appointment if such a position is available.

  • CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT 5.1 In acting under this Agreement and in connection with the Relevant Notes, the Calculation Agent shall act solely as an agent of the Issuer and will not assume any obligations towards or relationship of agency or trust for or with any of the owners or holders of the Relevant Notes or the coupons (if any) appertaining to the Relevant Notes (the Coupons).

  • Initial Appointments The Company appoints the Trustee as the initial Paying Agent, the initial Registrar and the initial Conversion Agent.
