EXPENSES FOR MANEUVERS, CAR POUND AND RELOCATION OF THE INSURED VEHICLE. In case of a Loss that qualifies for indemnity under the terms of coverage for Material Damages, Total Loss due to Material Damages or Total Theft, MAPFRE shall pay for the cost of the corresponding maneuvers to make the Insured Vehicle ready for relocation, relocation expenses to the place designated by MAPFRE and car pound expenses in case that the insured unit is impounded by the Public Prosecutor’s Office or legal authorities, except when the Insured Vehicle is impounded by said authority as a result of an investigation due to participation of the same in committing organized crimes. If the Insured chooses to relocate it to a place other than that chosen by MAPFRE, the latter shall only pay up to the amount equivalent to 60 days of general minimum wage in effect in the Federal District for that expense, regardless of the place to which the relocation is performed. In case that, as a result of the Loss, the insured unit is impounded by the Public Prosecutor’s Office or legal authorities, MAPFRE shall pay this by REIMBURSEMENT of tow truck and car pound expenses, with a maximum limit of 60 days of general minimum wage in effect in the Federal District at the time of the Loss. The expenses and all liability shall be at the responsibility and expense of the Insured for any agreement that the Insured makes with the tow truck or car pound service provider implying a use or service other than that established by MAPFRE. GENERAL CONDITIONS TOURIST AUTO CLAUSE 7th INSURED SUMS AND INDEMNITY REQUIREMENTS Articles 86, 91, 92 and 95 of the Law on Insurance Contracts must be taken into consideration in any event for the corresponding indemnity.

  • Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.

  • Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Boiler and Machinery Insurance The Owner shall have the option of purchasing and maintaining boiler and machinery insurance required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects during installation and until final acceptance by the Owner. If purchased this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontrators in the Work.

  • Service Location and Equipment The AGENCY must request in writing and said request must be approved in writing by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee, prior to any change in the dates, times, and locations of services provided in this Contract.
