Expedited Grievance Procedure. Grievances arising out of exceptions to seniority for layoff and recall shall be filed by the aggrieved employee within two days from knowledge of the decision and the Board of Education shall schedule a hearing and render a decision within four school days. If the Step 3 award is unsatisfactory to the employee he/she may file for arbitration and a hearing will be scheduled and a decision rendered within ten calendar days.
