Use of Accrued. Leave Prior to Leave without Pay Employees granted leave of absence without pay must use all compensatory time and applicable accrued leave prior to the beginning of the leave of absence without pay, except as provided in Article 28.4 or when voluntarily taken to reduce the need for mandatory layoffs or reductions.
Use of Accrued. Paid Leave During FML FML is unpaid unless an employee uses accrued paid leave (sick leave, vacation leave, or compensatory time off) during FML as provided in this section:
