Exhibit E-1. Exhibit E-1 of the Original A&R Credit Agreement is hereby deleted and the Exhibit E-1 attached hereto is substituted therefor.
Exhibit E-1. Clinical Studies Safety Reporting Agreement of the Agency and Distribution Agreement shall be amended as follows:
6.1.1 Paragraph 2 of the Preamble shall be amended by deleting the phrase “the 2016 and 2019 Products” and replacing it with the words “the Products.”
6.1.2 The definition of “Products” shall be deleted (and hence follow the definition of “Products” as set forth in Section 1 of the Agency and Distribution Agreement.
Exhibit E-1. Exhibit E-1 (Form of 8-K) to this Sixth Amendment is hereby added as Exhibit E-1 to the Purchase Agreement.
