Responsibilities of Kangzhe. 5.1 After receipt of 2016 Product IMPs from XXXX, KANGZHE is responsible for all steps of the subsequent shipment, storage, handling and processing of the 2016 Product IMPs in the Territory. KANGZHE shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the 2016 Product IMPs are protected during storage, holding and shipment and to avoid deterioration, interference, theft, contamination or admixture with any other material. PRODUCTS must be stored and transported under appropriate GMP conditions and, in accordance with GMP labeling requirements, to ensure that their quality will not be negatively impacted.
