Sections 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 of the Agency and Distribution Agreement shall be amended by replacing the phrase “ “Clinical Studies of the 2016 and 2019 Products” with “Clinical Studies of the Products” and replacing “the 2016 and 2019 Products” and “the 2016 and 2019 Product IMPs,” with “the Products” and “the Product IMPs” as applicable, in each instance.

None of such estimates however will constitute a binding order by the Customer. The sole document which shall be binding upon the Customer, shall be any purchase order issued pursuant to Articles 3.2 and 3.3.
