Exclusive Videographer Sample Clauses

The Exclusive Videographer clause designates a specific videographer or video production company as the sole provider of videography services for an event or project. This means that the client agrees not to hire or permit any other videographers to film or record during the covered event, ensuring that only the contracted party captures video footage. By establishing exclusivity, this clause helps prevent conflicts between multiple vendors, maintains the quality and consistency of the final video product, and protects the videographer’s creative and commercial interests.
Exclusive Videographer. CLIENT agrees and understands that no other party other than VIDEOGRAPHER may take pictures of any poses, lighting situations, or setups made by the videographer. This slows down the videographer’s work and violates the videographer’s right to take pictures of the event. CLIENT agrees to take responsibility for insisting that no person(s) get in the way of the VIDEOGRAPHER or take pictures in these situations.
Exclusive Videographer. Unless agreed upon in advance, Cre8ive Wedding Films shall be the exclusive professional Videographer retained for the event and reserves the right to terminate services if another professional videographer is present at the event. This is to ensure Cre8ive Wedding Films is the exclusive professional Videographer at the wedding. Cre8ive Wedding Films will make every effort to inform the photographer of this clause, but it is also the responsibility of Clients to inform the photographer of this clause.
