Common use of Exclusive Recognition Clause in Contracts

The Employer will not meet and negotiate with any other labor or employee organization or employee(s), concerning the terms and conditions of employment for supervisors covered by this Agreement. The Employer will not assist or otherwise encourage any other employee organizations which seek to bargain for supervisors covered by this Agreement.
