EXCLUSIONS FROM THE BARGAINING UNIT. 12.01 A person employed by the Board, who is appointed to a position excluded from the Bargaining Unit who also holds a faculty or librarian appointment, shall, at the cessation of the former appointment, be entitled to automatic entry into the Bargaining Unit. Time spent in such excluded position shall be deemed equivalent service to all service credited to the employees in the Bargaining Unit for all the purposes of this Agreement.
