  • No Lockout The Employer agrees that neither it, its officers, agents nor representatives, individually or collectively, will authorize, institute or condone any lockout of employees during the term of this Agreement.

  • NO STRIKE AND NO LOCKOUT The Union agrees that, during the life of this Agreement, neither the Union nor its agents or members will authorize, instigate, aid, condone or engage in a work stoppage, slowdown or strike, including sympathy strikes. The Employer agrees that during the same period there shall be no lockouts. Likewise, it is understood and agreed that the Union and employees shall not engage in concerted activities calculated to influence elected officials, such as picketing private homes or businesses.

  • NONE With respect to any of the foregoing designations as to which the corresponding reference is "None," all defined terms and provisions in this Agreement relating solely to such designations shall be of no force or effect, and any calculations in this Agreement incorporating references to such designations shall be interpreted without reference to such designations and amounts.   • No interference Registry Operator shall not interfere with measurement Probes, including any form of preferential treatment of the requests for the monitored services. Registry Operator shall respond to the measurement tests described in this Specification as it would to any other request from an Internet user (for DNS and RDDS) or registrar (for EPP).

  • WORK STOPPAGES AND LOCKOUTS 4.1 During the term of this Agreement there shall be no strikes, picketing, work stoppages, slowdowns or other disruptive activity for any reason by the Union, its applicable Local Union or by any employee, and there shall be no lockout by the Contractor. Failure of any Union, Local Union or employee to cross any picket line established at the Project site is a violation of this Article. Any damages resulting from any violation of this Agreement will be paid by the violating party.

  • NO STRIKES AND NO LOCKOUTS 5:01 The Employer undertakes that there will be no lockout as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement. The Union undertakes that there will be no strike as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement.

  • Confidentiality of Services All services performed by Contractor, and any sub- contractor(s) if applicable, including but not limited to all drafts, data, information, correspondence, proposals, reports of any nature, estimates compiled or composed by Contractor, are for the sole use of City, its agents, and employees. Neither the documents nor their contents shall be released by Contractor or any subcontractor to any third party without the prior written consent of City. This provision does not apply to information that: (1) was publicly known, or otherwise known to Contractor, at the time it was disclosed to Contractor by City; (2) subsequently becomes publicly known through no act or omission of Contractor; or (3) otherwise becomes known to Contractor other than through disclosure by City.

  • NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS 13.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of this agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Corporation agrees that there will be no lockout.

  • No Interference with Other Contracts To the best of Contractor’s knowledge, this Agreement does not create a material conflict of interest or default under any of Contractor’s other contracts. No Litigation. No suit, action, arbitration, or legal, administrative, or other proceeding or governmental investigation is pending or threatened that may adversely affect Contractor’s ability to perform the Services.
