Excellence Review Process. 1. The University shall notify the GA Educator in writing of the review, its timing, criteria, and the procedure that will be followed, including when materials are due. Such notice shall be provided no less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the due date of material submission, when practicable. Should the University provide less than thirty (30) calendar days’ notice, the University shall not unreasonably deny an extension for the GA Educator to submit materials for the review file.
