Exceedance of Limit and Action Levels for Construction Noise. No Action Level exceedence was recorded in the reporting period. Two Limit Level exceedences, were recorded in the reporting period. Based on the field observations, it was revealed that the exceedances were mainly caused by traffic vehicles along Tuen Mun Road. It was therefore concluded that the noise exceedances were not related to the construction activities. The details of the limit level exceedances had been presented in the corresponding monthly EM&A report (Nov 2013 to Jan 2014).
