EVALUATION STRUCTURE AND PROCEDURES SCHEDULE OF EVALUATION. A. No teacher shall be subject to more than one (1) Evaluation Cycle per school year. B. No teacher shall be subject to more than two (2) Observation Cycles per school year unless the District intends to non-renew said teacher. Teachers on a limited contract may be scheduled for three (3) Observation Cycles but the third may be cancelled should the administrator deem it unnecessary. C. The evaluation cycle shall be completed no later than May 1 and the teacher shall receive the final written report of the cycle, including the assigned evaluation rating, not later than May 10.
