Evaluation of CFC Program. The Director shall prepare and deliver to the On-Airport RACs no less than biannual reporting of CFC Revenues against CFC Program requirements during each Fiscal Year and, upon delivery of such reports, shall meet with the On Airport RACs to review the CFC Revenues in relation to the CFC Program requirements, consult with On Airport RACs on recommended amendments and/or modifications to the CFC rate as a result of that review, and address any other ConRAC related matters. Each July and December following completion of the TRUST’S annual audited financial statements for the Fiscal Year, the D i r e c t o r shall prepare and deliver to the On Airport RACs: i. a reconciliation report of the prior Fiscal Year’s actual CFC Revenues and actual CFC Program requirements; ii. a forecast of CFC Revenues and CFC Program requirements for the next ensuing Fiscal Year;
