Shuttle Bus Service. (a) The Contractor shall provide at its sole cost and expense a shuttle bus service to transport its rental car customers between the Main Terminal and the Site. The Contractor may elect to provide such shuttle bus system individually or in common with other contractors. In either event, the Contractor shall utilize only one shuttle bus operation to transport all of its customers and to service all brands offered by the Contractor. In the event the Contractor elects to provide for a common shuttle bus service jointly with one or more other on-Airport rental car concessionaires, the common shuttle bus service may be provided and operated by one or more of the concessionaires or by a contractor selected by the rental car companies and approved by the Authority. The specifications for any buses used in service at the Airport shall be subject to the prior written approval by the Authority. The Contractor may paint the buses with its corporate name and logo and its corporate bus paint scheme. Should the Contractor represent more than one rental car brand, its shuttle buses may be painted to identify each brand it offers under this Contract. No advertising, other than the Contractor’s corporate name and logo shall be placed on any shuttle buses operating at the Airport. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining its shuttle bus vehicles in good operating condition and shall immediately remove from service and repair or have repaired any vehicle that is damaged or has a defect that would affect the safety of passengers or others. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining and keeping in good operating condition the air conditioning, heating units, and pollution control systems within its shuttle bus vehicles. All buses operated by the Contractor shall be titled and licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and shall be subject to all local, State, and federal inspection requirements. The Contractor shall comply at all times with the Authority approved shuttle bus routesoperations. The Contractor agrees to regulate and control the frequency and curbside dwell time of its shuttle bus vehicles in accordance with any reasonable written directives issued by the Airport Manager.
Shuttle Bus Service. The operation and service of providing free airport shuttle buses to transport passengers and employees to and from locations at ANC including the passenger terminal buildings, the parking facilities, and other locations as may be described by the State at ANC.
Shuttle Bus Service. The Authority currently operates a common on-Airport shuttle bus operation between Garage A and the terminals. The Authority shall provide alternate bussing services in the event of a strike or labor dispute. The Authority and the Contractor shall consult from time to time to discuss complaints and/or service issues regarding the Authority's bussing operation.

Airport Customers of all Rental Car Brands will be required to use the common Shuttle Bus Service. No On Airport RACs will be permitted at any time under any circumstances to use its own transportation system, contract with a third party transportation system, use vouchers, use its rental vehicles to pick up or drop off customers at the Terminal Building or elsewhere at the Airport, or to otherwise circumvent the Shuttle Bus Service to obtain Airport Customers.

If space does become available, we will then contact customers who indicated on their applications that they would be interested in a Xxxxx Hole permit. Xxxxx Hole permits will be offered to customers based on their transponder activity. Permit holders that use the parking lot more frequently will be asked first. There is no waiting list. -2-

Shuttle Bus Service. Parking Operator shall operate a trunk-to-trunk shuttle bus service as part of the IAH ecopark operations. The shuttle bus service shall provide transport of customers between the IAH ecopark Facilities and all passenger terminals at IAH or as may be directed by the Director. Parking Operator's buses, not in use, may be parked at the IAH ecopark Facilities, or as may be directed by the Director. Parking Operator shall monitor and assess the shuttle bus usage and recommend to the Director when the number of buses and shuttle bus routes and stops should be increased or decreased. The Director may, in his sole discretion, add, reduce, alter, eliminate, and relocate shuttle bus routes and stops. Parking Operator shall make shuttle buses available for irregular operations (terminal train service disruptions, hard stand parking of aircraft, etc.) and miscellaneous city-wide tours as directed by the Director.
Shuttle Bus Service. Subject to Force Majeure events, throughout the Term (including any renewals or extensions thereof), Landlord shall furnish shuttle bus service to (a) the major Metra train stations; and (b) the Lake Street Transfer CTA Station for the benefit of Tenant, any Permitted Transferee, any permitted assignees or subtenants, and their respective employees and contractors, in common with other tenants and occupants of the Building, at no charge to Tenant, any Permitted Transferee, or any permitted assignees or subtenants, or their respective employees or contractors. Such shuttle service shall operate during morning and evening commuting time periods of 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. on business days, with such service frequencies and capacities as may be reasonably determined by Landlord from time to time based on the actual demand for such services. Throughout the Term (including any renewals or extensions thereof), Landlord shall also run a shuttle service during lunch hours (11:30 AM-1:30 PM) throughout the Xxxxxx Market neighborhood, with such service frequencies and capacities as may be reasonably determined by Landlord from time to time based on the actual demand for such services. All out-of-pocket costs for the shuttle bus service (net of any third party revenues derived therefrom) will be included in Operating Expenses, subject to the provisions of Section 4(C) (and any other relevant provisions) of the Lease. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Section, such Building amenities shall be operated at no additional charge (other than inclusion in Operating Expenses as provided in this Lease) to Tenant, or any Permitted Transferee, or any permitted assignees or subtenants of Tenant or any of their respective employees or contractors. Notwithstanding anything apparently to the contrary contained herein, Landlord, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall have the right to modify or suspend shuttle bus service throughout the Term.
Shuttle Bus Service. Landlord covenants that not later than ------------------- the first Rent Commencement Date, a shuttle bus service for the non-exclusive benefit of Tenant shall be provided in accordance with Woodland Park's tenants' reasonable ridership requirements. The shuttle bus shall at a minimum provide bus service to the future Route 28/CIT or Herndon/Xxxxxx Metrorail Station, but the exact bus route and stops shall be established by Landlord taking into consideration Tenant's reasonable requirements and the needs of other users within Woodland Park. The actual cost of such service (without xxxx-up by Landlord) shall be payable as an Operating Expense among the office tenants of Woodland Park. The cost will be billed on a pro rata basis, based on the relative square footage of the tenants' respective premises, or other reasonable allocation criteria if square footage is not a reasonable and appropriate method of cost allocation. The use of such shuttle service will be restricted to those tenants and/or occupants of Woodland Park who contribute to the cost thereof, through the use of identification badges, user cards or other appropriate means. So long as Tenant leases at least seventy five percent (75%) of the Agreed Area of the Building, any decision to expand or reduce the usage of the shuttle service shall be made by Landlord in good faith and only after consultation with Tenant and with due consideration of Tenant's reasonable ridership requirements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall have the right to opt-out of the shuttle bus service set forth in this section (and in such event, the shuttle bus service shall not be includable as an Operating Expense), upon not less than thirty (30) days written notice to Landlord.
