Equal Opportunity and Fair Housing. In accordance with 24 CFR 92.350 and 92.351, no person shall on the ground of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or age be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any Program activity funded in whole or in part from HOME funds. In addition, Subrecipient shall develop and operate the Program in accordance with the requirement contained in 24 CFR 5.105, including but not limited to the following requirements:

  • EQUAL OPPORTUNITY CLAUSE The Contractor shall abide by the requirements of the equal opportunity clause at 41 CFR 60-300.5(a), as of March 24, 2014. Supplier will not maintain or provide facilities for employees at any establishment under its control that are segregated on a basis prohibited by federal law. Separate or single-user restrooms and necessary dressing or sleeping areas must be provided, however, to ensure privacy.

  • Equal Opportunity Provision The parties agree that no person shall be subjected to discrimination because of age, race, color, disability, gender identity, gender expression marital status, national origin, religion, sex or sexual orientation in the performance of the parties’ respective duties, responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement.
