Section 1602 definition

Section 1602 means the Section 1602 program, through which the United States Department of Treasury awards grants (“Section 1602 Funds”) to the Committee to provide funding to complete construction or rehabilitation of qualified housing developments.

  • The minimum amount of any sinking fund payment provided for by the terms of any Securities is herein referred to as a “mandatory sinking fund payment”, and any payment in excess of such minimum amount provided for by the terms of such Securities is herein referred to as an “optional sinking fund payment.” If provided for by the terms of any Securities, the cash amount of any sinking fund payment may be subject to reduction as provided in Section 1602.

  • Any amounts payable to Lender by reason of the application of this Section 16.02 shall be secured by this Security Instrument and shall, upon demand by Lender, become immediately due and payable and shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the date so demanded by Lender until paid.

  • A record, at least in triplicate, of the proceedings of each meeting of Holders of Securities of any series shall be prepared by the secretary of the meeting and there shall be attached to said record the original reports of the inspectors of votes on any vote by ballot taken thereat and affidavits by one or more persons having knowledge of the facts setting forth a copy of the notice of the meeting and showing that said notice was given as provided in Section 1602 and, if applicable, Section 1604.

  • The indemnity provided for in this Section 16.02 shall not be included in any exculpation of Borrower or its principals from personal liability provided for in this Security Instrument or in any of the other Loan Documents.

  • Notice of the reconvening of any adjourned meeting shall be given as provided in Section 16.02, except that such notice need be given only once not less than five days prior to the date on which the meeting is scheduled to be reconvened.
