Entire Agreement; Ratification. THE CREDIT AGREEMENT AND THE LOAN PAPERS REPRESENT THE FINAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF PRIOR, CONTEMPORANEOUS OR SUBSEQUENT ORAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES. THERE ARE NO UNWRITTEN ORAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES. EXCEPT AS MODIFIED OR SUPPLEMENTED HEREBY, THE CREDIT AGREEMENT, THE OTHER LOAN PAPERS AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS AND AGREEMENTS EXECUTED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
Entire Agreement; Ratification. This Second Amendment represents the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and the Lease as hereby amended remains in full force and effect and may not be modified further except in writing executed by the parties to be bound thereby. Unless expressly modified herein, the terms and conditions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect, and the parties hereby confirm and ratify the same.
Entire Agreement; Ratification. This Amendment constitutes the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Except as expressly amended hereby, the terms of the Registration Rights Agreement are each hereby confirmed and ratified in all respects by the parties hereto and remain in full force and effect.

This Amendment supersedes all previous agreements, and constitutes the entire agreement of whatsoever kind or nature existing between the parties, relating to the subject matter within. As between the parties, no oral statement or prior written material not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force and effect. Except as modified or supplemented in connection herewith, the Stock Option Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement; Ratification. This Amendment records the final, complete, and exclusive understanding among the parties regarding the amendment of the Grant Notice and the Agreement. As amended by this Amendment, the Grant Notice and the Agreement are ratified and remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
Entire Agreement; Ratification. The terms contained in this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior negotiations, representations or agreements relating thereto whether written or oral, with the exception of any other agreements concerning confidentiality, trade secrets, non-solicitation or non-competition, all of which shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby confirmed and ratified. Mx. Xxxxxx represents that in executing this Agreement, he has not relied upon any representation or statement not set forth herein. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding upon the parties unless in writing and signed by both parties.
