Common use of Entire Agreement; Ratification Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Ratification. This Second Amendment represents the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and the Lease as hereby amended remains in full force and effect and may not be modified further except in writing executed by the parties to be bound thereby. Unless expressly modified herein, the terms and conditions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect, and the parties hereby confirm and ratify the same.
