Entire Agreement; Captions. This Agreement contains the entire agreement among the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, discussions, negotiations and undertakings, whether written or oral, between the Parties with respect thereto. Titles and headings to sections in this Agreement are for the purpose of reference only and shall in no way limit, define, or otherwise affect any provisions contained therein.
Entire Agreement; Captions. This Agreement, the Schedules hereto -------------------------- (which are incorporated herein by reference) and the agreements to be executed and delivered in connection herewith, together constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and there are no agreements or commitments with respect to the transactions contemplated herein except as set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior offer, agreement or understanding between the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby. The captions in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be considered a part of or affect the construction or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement; Captions. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that it has not relied upon any statement, representation, agreement or warranty except such as may be expressly set forth in this Lease. It is agreed by Landlord and Tenant that no amendment or modification of this Lease shall be valid or binding unless executed in writing by Landlord and Tenant. No provision of this Lease shall be altered, waived, amended, or extended except in writing executed by Landlord and Tenant. The Section headings contained in this Lease are for convenience only and shall in no way enlarge or limit the scope or meaning of the provisions of this Lease.

No representations, promises, agreements, or understandings not contained in this Agreement regarding the subject matter hereof shall be of any force or effect unless in writing, executed by the party to be bound and dated on or subsequent to the date hereof. It is expressly agreed by Tenant, as a material consideration for the execution of this Lease, that there are, and were, no verbal representations, understandings, stipulations, agreements or promises pertaining to this Lease which are not incorporated herein. It is agreed between the parties that this Lease shall not be altered, waived, amended or extended, except by a written agreement signed by Landlord and Tenant. The captions contained in this Lease are for convenience of reference only and in no way limit or enlarge the terms or conditions of this Lease.
Entire Agreement; Captions. This Bond Agreement (including any Deed of Trust executed in conjunction with this Bond Agreement) supersedes all oral statements and representations and contains the entire agreements among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and the transactions contemplated hereby. The Undersigned have not relied upon any oral statements of [G&G] or Company in entering into this Bond Agreement. The Parties agree that if any term, provision, covenant or condition of this section is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions of this Bond Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated. Captions and section headings used herein are for convenience only and are not a part of this Bond Agreement and shall not be used in construing it.
