CHAIR PADS. During the entire term of this Lease, Tenant shall, at its expense, install and maintain under all caster chairs a chair pad or carpet casters to protect the carpeting.

CHAIR PADS. Tenant is advised to install and maintain under all caster chairs a chair pad, or to take other reasonable steps, to protect the carpeting. If Tenant fails to comply with the immediately preceding sentence, Tenant shall be responsible for any wear and tear of the carpet that would not have occurred had Tenant so complied.

  • Chairperson The Chairperson will supervise and control the affairs of the Committee and shall exercise such supervisory powers as may be given him/her by the Members of the Committee. The Chairperson will perform all duties incident to such office and such other duties as may be provided in these bylaws or as may be prescribed from time to time by the Committee.   • Department Chairpersons The principal shall designate a high school librarian to serve as department chairperson, and such chairperson shall attend all school department chairperson meetings.

  • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Union Grievance Committee (a) The Employer shall recognize a Union Grievance Committee which consists of:

  • Monitoring Committee The Monitoring Committee shall be established within six months of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding. Its role is stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 4.4 thereof.

  • Interim Measures 6.1 The Parties acknowledge that the British Columbia Claims Task Force made the following recommendation concerning interim measures:
