Entire Agreement and Successors in Interest. This Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant with regard to the matters set forth herein and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each.

GOVERNING LAW This Release shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and in no event will the documents be construed in a manner inconsistent with Kentucky law.
