Entire Agreement; Amendment; Conflict of Terms. This Agreement, together with the attached Exhibits, contains the entire agreement by and between Provider, Investigator and GWWO with respect to the subject matter hereof. No amendment, waiver or discharge of any provision of this Agreement is effective against a Party unless that Party has consented thereto in writing by its authorized representatives of Provider, Investigator and GWWO. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Protocol, (a) with respect to issues of medicine or subject safety, the terms of the Protocol govern and (b) in all other cases, the terms of this Agreement govern. 10.10 Celá smlouva; dodatek; Konflikt pojmů. Tato Smlouva spolu s přiloženými přílohami představuje celou dohodu uzavřenou mezi poskytovatelem, Zkoušejícím a GWWO s ohledem na předmět této Smlouvy. V případě konfliktu mezi podmínkami této Smlouvy a podmínkami Protokolu (a) s ohledem na záležitosti týkající se léku nebo bezpečnosti subjektu mají přednost podmínky uvedené v Protokolu a (b) ve všech ostatních případech platí podmínky této Smlouvy.

No representations, understanding, or agreements have been made or relied upon in the making of this Agreement other than those specifically set forth herein.
