RŮZNÉ a) No amendment to this Agreement (including its attachments) shall be effective unless such amendment is made in writing and signed by the parties hereto. a) Žádné doplnění této Smlouvy či jejích Příloh nenabude platnosti, pokud takové doplnění nebude učiněno písemně a podepsáno smluvními stranami.

RŮZNÉ. (a) This Agreement shall be governed by Czech law. (a) Xxxx Xxxxxxx se uzavírá podle Platných zákonů České republiky.
RŮZNÉ. CRO může využít pro provádění určitých služeb podle této smlouvy jedné nebo více svých poboček. Pro účely této smlouvy pobočky znamenají jakoukoliv korporaci, firmu, společnost typu partnership nebo jakýkoliv subjekt, který vykonává kontrolu, je kontrolován nebo spadá pod společnou kontrolu. Pro účely této smlouvy znamená „kontrola“ zákonnou pravomoc řídit nebo určovat řízení takového subjektu, prostřednictvím přímého či nepřímého vlastnictví takového subjektu, smluvně či jinak 26.
RŮZNÉ. 12.1 This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein. 12.1 Tato Smlouva ruší a nahrazuje všechny předchozí smlouvy uzavřené mezi Stranami s ohledem na zde obsažený předmět.
RŮZNÉ. 4.1 This Assignment Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date. 4.1 Tato smlouva o postoupení bude účinná od data nabytí účinnosti.
