Entire Aareement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, inducements or conditions, express or implied, oral or written, except as expressly herein contained. This agreement may not be modified or amended other than by an agreement in writing executed by an authorized representative of each party at a contemporaneous or subsequent date.
