- Entering Employ of Board. A Member entering the employ of the Board and coming from a school area with a cumulative sick leave plan will be granted their accumulated credits, in an amount not to exceed the credits obtained had the Member been in the Board’s employ for the same period. It shall be the responsibility of the Member to make such arrangements as are necessary to provide the Board with a copy of a statement of the Member’s accumulated credits from the last Board by which the Member was employed.
