End of Week Four. The Evaluation Committee Chair will convene the committee and determine that all members have received appropriate orientation. At its first meeting, the Evaluation Committee will review the timetable and procedures for the evaluation. The Evaluation Committee will also decide what, if any, other materials beyond those specified for inclusion in the Evaluation File are relevant and necessary for a complete, effective, and fair evaluation and should therefore be included in the Evaluation File. At this meeting the Evaluation Committee will also decide whether each observation will be announced or unannounced.

The academic administrator responsible for the Emeritus College will provide for the Evaluatee a copy of this evaluation article with all the related forms.
