Employment Policies. The Recipient further agrees that its own employment policies and practices will be without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or age; and that it has an affirmative action plan (AAP) consistent with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures, 29 CFR 1607, and the Affirmative Action Guidelines, 29 CFR 1608. The applicant/recipient shall provide the AAP to FMCSA for inspection or copy upon request.
