Common use of Employment of State Workers Clause in Contracts

Employment of State Workers. During the term of this Contract, Vendor shall not knowingly employ, subcontract with or sub-grant to any person (including any non-governmental entity in which such person has any employment or other material interest as defined by Section 112.312(15), Florida Statutes) who is employed by the State or who has participated in the performance or procurement of this Contract, except as provided in Section 112.3185, Florida Statutes.
