EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS. 15:1 An Employer-Employee Relations Committee composed of three (3) representatives named by the Association and three (3) administrators named by the Superintendent will meet, normally on a monthly basis, during the year to review and discuss what it believes to be contractual concerns as well as concerns given to it by secretarial employees of the District.
