Common use of EMPLOYEES REQUIRED TO WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEES REQUIRED TO WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. 10.2.1 A rostered employee required to work on a public holiday as part of the normal roster (i.e., not as overtime) shall be paid at the rate specified in Clause 6.3, and is also to be granted a day’s leave on pay at a later date convenient to the employer.
