Employees Prevented from Working Because of Local Holidays. Employees assigned to a non-Company facility who are prevented from working their assigned shift because a holiday not listed in Appendix A is recognized at that facility shall be paid for such assigned shift unless the Company, at its option, modifies the work schedule for the week in which the holiday falls so that the employees are able to work a full work week.
