Employee's Obligation to Respond to Recall. An employee's failure to respond affirmatively within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the Board's letter sent by certified mail to the employee's address on file with the Board recalling such employee, shall result in the termination of the employee's rights of recall hereafter.
