Common use of Emergency Employees Clause in Contracts

Emergency Employees. Emergency employees shall mean those employees who have been hired by the Port to meet temporary needs. Such employees are hired without the necessary posting requirements to qualify them for regular employment. The employment period for an emergency employee shall not exceed one hundred eighty (180) calendar days between employment and termination.
