Emergency Child Care Leave. In the event of a collapse of child care arrangements, and when no one at the employee's home other the employee can provide for the needs of the child, the employee shall be entitled, after notifying his/her supervisor, to use up to one (1) day paid leave at any one (1) time for this purpose.
