Emergency Callback OvertimeCompensation. For purposes of this Agreement,Callback shall be compensated as per paragraph 1. (a) of this article, NRS 286.025 and PERS Revised Official Policies 286.025. employees hired prior to June 30, 2008 emergency callback overtime shall be defined as overtime required due to response to an emergency incident alarm, including, but not limited to, working incidents, natural or manmade disasters, and civil disorders where less than twelve (12) hours’ notice of the callback has been provided to the employee. Emergency callback overtime shall not be counted on the overtime list and is subject to a two (2) hour minimum. Employees hired after July 1, 2008 are eligible for “Emergency Callback” only in situations where the emergency has been declared by the governing body or chief administrative officer of the City to involve a clear and imminent danger and require immediate action to prevent and mitigate the endangerment of lives, health or property, where less than twelve (12) hours’ notice of the callback has been provided to the employee. Emergency callback overtime shall not be counted against the time list for non- emergency overtime and is subject to a two (2) hour minimum.

  • Compensation for Overtime 9.5.1 All overtime hours, except those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) hours in one day, shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to time and one-half the regular rate of pay of the employee. Those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) in one day shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to two times the regular pay of the employee.

  • Overload Compensation ‌ An instructional faculty member may be given overload compensation for additional instructional responsibilities beyond the normal work day or work year. The conditions and compensation of all overload duties shall be established prior to the beginning of additional instructional work. The rate of compensation shall be paid on a prorated salary basis. When calculating the prorated hourly salary under this section, the academic year salary shall be divided by 1344 hours. Faculty members have the option of refusing additional work assignments: when this occurs the rate of compensation will be agreed upon between the employer and the faculty member.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.
