Email Risks Sample Clauses

It typically outlines that emails may be subject to interception, loss, or unauthorized access, and may specify that parties accept these risks when corresponding electronically. This clause helps clarify the potential vulnerabilities of email communication and allocates the risk of such issues, ensuring both parties are aware of and accept the inherent limitations and dangers of using email for official or sensitive correspondence.
