Common use of Eligible Service Population for Title Clause in Contracts

Eligible Service Population for Title. III-B means individuals sixty (60) years of age or older, with emphasis on those in greatest economic and social need with particular attention to low-income minority older individuals, older individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), and older individuals residing in rural areas. III-B III C-1 and C-2 means individuals sixty (60) 60 years of age or older, with emphasis on those in greatest economic and social need with particular attention to low-income minority older individuals, older individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), and older individuals residing in rural areas.
