Eligibility Requirement(s) for Matching Contributions. A Participant who makes Deferral Contributions during the Plan Year under Section 1.05(a) shall be entitled to Matching Contributions for that Plan Year if the Participant satisfies the following requirement(s) (Check the appropriate box(es). Options (B) and (C) may not be elected together): (A) o Is employed by the Employer on the last day of the Plan Year. (B) o Earns at least 500 Hours of Service during the Plan Year. (C) o Earns at least 1,000 Hours of Service during the Plan Year. (D) o No requirements. Note: If option (A), (B) or (C) above is selected then Matching Contributions can only be made by the Employer after the Plan Year ends. Any Matching Contribution made before Plan Year end shall not be subject to the eligibility requirements of this Section 1.05(b)(3)). 1.6

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

If such corporation or association publishes reports of condition at least annually, pursuant to law or to the requirements of the aforesaid supervising or examining authority, then for the purposes of this Section the combined capital and surplus of such corporation or association shall be deemed to be its combined capital and surplus as set forth in its most recent report of condition so published. In case at any time the Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of this Section, the Trustee shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect specified in Section 8.08.

  • Company Contributions (a) For employees hired, rehired or who become covered under the CWA 3176 Agreement through any means before January 1, 2016, the Company shall contribute a Company Matching Contribution equal to 25 percent of the Participant’s Contribution up to a maximum of 6 percent of eligible wage.
