No Requirements. If Tenant desires to use a colored neon that could prevent compliance with the overall level of illumination for the site, Landlord at its sole discretion may approve the proposed neon if it contributes towards variety across the site in color and design.
No Requirements. Atossa is not required to: (a) develop Licensed Products; (b) receive Licensor’s or a third party’s approval for any use of any Licensed Products; (c) attribute creation or development of any Licensed Product to Licensor; or (d) take action against any third party relating to the third party’s use or exploitation of any Licensed Product.

7.1.1 taking the Company's business as a whole, there has been no adverse change in the financial or trading position or prospects of the Company;
7.1.2 the business of the Company has been carried on in the ordinary and normal course, without any material interruption and without any alteration in its nature, conduct, scale, scope or manner and no unusual or abnormal contract differing from the ordinary contracts necessitated by the nature of its business has been entered into by the Company;
No Requirements. Nothing in this Agreement requires Recipient Transition Group (or any of its successors and assigns) to request any particular quantity or level of any Transition Service provided under this Agreement.
