Eligibility for WIOA Title. I Career Services shall be conducted in a manner that will satisfy local, State and Federal requirements. Subrecipient shall examine originals and or acceptable copies of documents, as appropriate, to establish the eligibility of clients and shall make copies of documents necessary to substantiate the eligibility of clients seeking WIOA services. Documents shall be placed in the client’s hard copy file and uploaded into the CalJOBS system.
