Eligibility for Holiday Pay. Employees are eligible for holiday pay if they are in paid status on their regular, scheduled work day preceding the holiday. In addition, cyclic employees who are scheduled to work less than a full month in a month in which a holiday falls will receive pay for the holiday if they were in paid status on their last scheduled work day preceding the holiday. Employees whose employment is terminated immediately prior to a holiday are not entitled to holiday pay.

Eligibility for Holiday Pay. Employees are β€Œ In order to be eligible for holiday the above listed paid holidays, the employee must be in pay if they are in paid status on their regular, the scheduled work day preceding and the first work day following the paid holiday. In additionpay status shall include employees on vacation, cyclic employees sick leave, Worker's Compensation, and any employee who are scheduled to may have been excused for compelling personal reasons the work less than a full month in a month day preceding and the first work day following the paid holiday. The Employer agrees that no employee will be laid off during the two-week pay period in which a holiday falls will receive falls, just to avoid holiday pay for the holiday if they were in paid status on their last scheduled work day preceding the holiday. Employees whose employment is terminated immediately prior to a holiday are not entitled to holiday paythat employee.
